La "Chouette Ferme" is a vegetable farm, in permaculture and agroforestry: it grows its vegetables while taking care of the land and the living (permaculture). In this context, it limits as much as possible all chemical inputs so as not to degrade the soil and improve it. It also avoids as much as it can any use of fossil energy. She makes her own soil from horse manure and plants trees (agroforestry) near her crops so that they enjoy the shade of the trees part of the day. This farm works with great respect for the land and the living.
