Charles Bailly Pond
With a total area of 7ha including 4ha of water, this body of water is reserved for fishing, picnic and promenade.

Rivériat pond
It is located in the middle of the village and offers beautiful services for pleasant fishing parties in family or between friends. You will be able to deploy your canes and to tease black-bass, tenches, carps, pikes and white.
Saint-Didier-sur-Chalaronne
"Le Moulin Neuf" lake
This one hectare lake is located at the southern entrance of the village of St Didier sur Chalaronne. It allows you to indulge in leisure fishing, picnic, walking. There are also children’s games and public toilets nearby.

Montmerle-sur-Saône
River "La Saône"
The Val de Saône: national heritage site. To the rhythm of the Saône river, flood-prone wet meadows, islands and lônes, ponds and alluvial woodlands rub shoulders. Many unusual plant and animal species find refuge here.
Montceaux
River "La Calonne"
It takes its source at the limit of St Trivier and Chaneins. It flows from east to west, winding through Montceaux, over 10 km, to flow into the Saône at Guéreins. Rich in trout, it makes the happiness of the fishermen!
Saint-Didier-sur-Chalaronne
River "La Chalaronne"
The Chalaronne originates at Villars-les-Dombes in the pounds of Birieux, Saint-Marcel and Lapeyrouse. The Chalaronne crosses 3 towns north of our territory : Saint-Etienne, Saint-Didier et Thoissey.

Francheleins
River "l'Appéum"
Taking its source in Francheleins and joining the Saône shortly after leaving the town, the Appéum is a clean and sporty river for trout fishing. You can admire it by taking the hiking trails of Francheleins!
Messimy-sur-Saône
"La Mâtre" river
It once fed the Moulin Neuf in Messimy-sur-Saône. Tributary of the Saône, this river offers a natural and bucolic setting. It’s a nice cool spot for summer!
