Excursion: The ponds of Dombes and the Bird Park

10h : Discover of the Dombes
Embark on a tour along the small roads that border the ponds of Dombes. Your guide will take you past emblematic sites such as the Château de Bouligneux and the Abbey of Notre Dame des Dombes. Regular stops at the edge of the ponds will give you the opportunity to observe, binoculars in hand, the birds that inhabit these places. Throughout the tour, you will discover how the ponds work, the secrets of fish farming and traditional autumn fishing, while admiring the rich ornithological diversity of the region (Circuit of approximately 42 km with your coach departing from Villars-les-Dombes).
