Farmers of goat cheese (crottins, white cheese, tomes,...), cold cuts and pork meat (sausages, head cheese...) as well as fat ducks (foie gras, magret...) Direct sale and collective points.
The farm continues to operate as a family business in traditional and sustainable agriculture. The Bernard family produces goat cheese: fresh, semi-dry, dry, matured, tomme...
The farm is composed of a goat and pig farm.
A workshop for the transformation of charcuterie has been added to the cheese factory, allowing them to produce pork meat and charcuterie (sausages, rolled heads...) without sodium nitrate.
Group visits possible upon reservation.
